The registration fee includes entrance to the scientific sessions, a document holder with the relevant documentation, coffee and tea breaks and lunches.
The course is submitted for accreditation to the UEMS (European Union of Medical Specialists) for European CME credits (ECMECs). Last year’s course was accredited for 16 CME credits (ECMECs).
For the Ankleplatform Foot and Ankle Course in Shanghai there are two types of registration: a full course including hands-on OR for participants who only want to attend the lectures, case discussions and live surgery a registration without hands-on. Registration can be started by clicking the registration buttons to enter the special registration website. You will need to complete the registration form and pay the relevant registration fee via the online payment gateway, by bank transfer or credit card. If you pay by bank transfer, please state the name of the attendee in the description line of the bank transfer.
For entering China you will need a visa and a valid Passport. We strongly advise to apply for a visa on time. If you are uncertain of your requirements please consult your nearest Chinese embassy or consulate at your earliest convenience. Provalentia, the official course organizer for non-Chinese participants will lead you through the visa process and supply you with an official invitation letter.
Please note, if your companion requires a visa invitation letter, an extra € 20 shall be added to your registration and a separate Online Visa Invitation Letter Application must be submitted.

Once payment has been received your registration on the course will be confirmed by email.
Once the registration fee has been paid, an invoice will be posted in the private area of the website of each attendee.
After September 5, 2019, a cancellation charge of 100% will apply. Before that date, cancellations must be reported in writing to Provalentia at firstname.lastname@example.org. A charge of €100 administration fee will be applied.
Any incident, refund or credit will be processed further to prior verification by Provalentia, the professional course organizer not later than 30 days after the end of the Course.
