Hotel reservation, terms and conditions:

Both hotels (Marriott and Ramada) are on walking distance of the Course location and 40 minutes by taxi from Pudong International Airport/ 50 minutes from Hongqiao Airport.

Provalentia, the PCO, can assist you with the reservation of a hotel room. After submitting the Accommodation Form below, Provalentia will inform you on payment by credit card or bank transfer. Once the full payment has been received, your hotel reservation will be confirmed by email.

• Accommodation will be confirmed on a first come and pay.
• Cancellations before November 28, 2019: full refund (minus 30 EUR handling fee).
• Cancellations or reduction after November 28, 2019: cancellation charge of 100% of the total booking (no refund)
• Any incidents, refunds or credits for reservations made by Provalentia will be settled after the course has finished.
• Please inform the course organizer, Provalentia Congresos, about any changes or cancellations in writing by e-mail info@shanghaifootandankle.com. Changes or cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. Date of delivery of your written cancellation to the course organizer will be considered as the date of cancellation.
• Please do not contact the hotel directly for any reservation changes or cancellations but contact the course organizer Provalentia by e-mail info@shanghaifootandankle.com. The appropriate refunds will be made after the course.
